International Patrons of Duomo di Milano Inc. is a US nonprofit that strives to promote better understanding of the historical, cultural and artistic heritage of the Duomo di Milano, the symbol of Milan recognized throughout the world.

Our task is to make the international public aware of the needs of the Duomo and to collect donations to support the conservation, protection, restoration, and enhancement of the Cathedral.
